Worst location in Missouri by far. Not because of the food, but the accuracy of the order. I have been to this location a handful of times and each time, NO exaggeration, my order is either rang up wrong or made wrong. Although it's an inconvenience the old manager at least takes my name and remakes the order the next time I'm in the area. But not this time! I ordered 4 cheeseburgers and 1 hamburger, got home and had one cheeseburger and 4 hamburgers. Got home, got comfortable, and of course the order was wrong. Called and spoke with the manager, Lisa who wanted me to get dressed, travel 30 minutes back to the location, and reorder...poor customer service!

Love the food, service is deplorable. Had to go back to get missed items on my order. Didn’t get an apology or anything, just a smug look. Maybe need to hire more responsible people, except for Ariel. She was the only one not goofing off, and working her tail off cleaning the tables and being polite to everybody. My one star goes to her.

Expensive yes... But you can see that from the menu. Great burger... Yes. Staff looked young and probably under paid but my food was made correctly and in a timely fashion. Some tables needed cleaning and some tidying up could be done but it looks like they are short staffed.
