Absolutely horrible experience. After standing by the register listening to a couple of workers conversation, I resorted to the nearby order kiosk. The kiosk does not have meals so you have to figure out and add every individual item of your meal. After only adding half of my order, I was kicked off the kiosk and told to order at the person-less register. After more workers noticed and walked past me and my father we left. Can not believe the utter blind eye McDonalds workers turned when people walked in their store.

Living in a small town such as Louisburg you would think people would have the urge to work and give the best customer service they can, that is not the case at the McDonald's. The workers are lazy and very rude. They tend to mess up orders more then get them right, forgetting items or even chicken in the McChickens. Also never give you napkins. If I could give 0 stars I would. Very disappointing. Almost makes it worth the drive to go all the way up to the 151st location where the service is much nicer and they don't mess up.

I generally order through the app at every McDonald’s I go to. I usually go here the most because I live in this town. This time around, it was different. I ordered through the app (like I always do) and I pulled up to stall 3 and typed in that number for curbside pickup (like I also always do). It normally takes about 5-10 minutes for them to take the food to your car. This time around, I was sitting there with my friend for 25 minutes waiting for my food. I noticed on my mobile app that it said that my food was delivered to my car. Obviously, it wasn’t, as we didn’t have any food. I pulled around to talk to the drive through speaker and I explained my situation in a very polite and respectful manner, as I work and customer service and know what it’s like. The girl was EXTREMELY nice and she listened and asked me to pull around to window 2. When I pull around to get there, the manager opens the window. I explained what happened to him again, and what I got back from him was nothing. After he told me he never got the order, I showed him my online receipt (which was time stamped to that time and date) and explained that I had already been charged for this order, even though I haven’t gotten any food. Even after explaining the situation and showing him my receipt, he gave me nothing but extremely rude words back. And in the end, I never got my food or a refund for my meal. This is my first review I have ever written. I felt this was very necessary because even though it was only a $7 meal, I have never been treated in such a poor manner, especially by a manger of an establishment. This man was ruder than the rudest customers I have ever had to help at my job. It’s just insane to me that people with this poor of communication and customer service skills are put as managers and I hope that this establishment can find a way to prevent this from happening again.
