Food is Burger King food, Just the normal stuff. The problem, they cannot get enough staff to keep the doors open, so the delays are significant or they close early as they did with me.

The service was okay after we finally got them to come to the counter. They had no ice and gave us way to much food but the nuggets were burnt. I don't think we'll be coming back anytime soon.

This place is terrible and has been for a decade or more. For some dam reason my family like it. Just made an online order. Pulled up to drive thru and was behind one car. 7 minutes later they are finally speaking to me at the speaker and inform me it will be 5 to 10 minutes before they can get to me due to a large order ahead of me. There was only one person ahead of me and he ordered 4 meals, that's not a large order. I heard his whole order. 34 minutes later I had my food. It was wrong, cold, and not worth the wait. Items missing from the order plus we had items we didn't even order. This is my normal experience here over the years and I try it once or twice a year to see if anything has changed. I have no idea how they have stayed in business.

This BK had pretty wonderful service. We had a little mix up with one of our sandwiches, and they took care of it and helped us out quite a bit. Kuddos to this BK and their staff.

They've always been nice to us. The store and rest rooms are clean and the food is good. We eat there at least once a month and at different times of the day. So, we'll be eating there again !
Gosh, I have eaten at Burger King all across the eastern half of the USA and I don't recall ever having a complaint except for cold fries. You all need to do what I do, no matter the situation. You pay for good quality warm food, you deserve it! Check the food before you drive off! That is most important. You know that it won't stay hot very long, so eat soon or warm it back up at home. If you ever get anything cold, report it while you are there and then report online and to the corporate office ASAP. Always demand to get what you pay for!
