I have usually avoided Hardee's due to poorly maintained restaurants. This Hardee's came highly recommended in the community so I gave them a try with my family. After eating here we will never go back to McDonald's. Expect the prices to be higher here due to the quality of product that they use. The burgers are juicy and flavorful. The fries and onion rings are seasoned just right. I would recommend thus restaurant to anyone that lives here or is passing through.

So we decided to stop in to hardees in Houston on our way through this morning. As we don't have a hardees in our area anymore. We placed our order in the dt. The lady could have been a little happier but no big deal. We get our food after waiting about 5 minutes still no big deal. The problem was we ordered one large meal and specifically said a large #8 along with the rest of our order. We received a small Hashround. We were all sharing so we wanted the large. Otherwise I wouldn't have cared. I have worked for food services a majority of my working career I know mistakes happen and I know sometimes we get overwhelmed and misunderstand things. I get that. It's the eye rolling and lack of customer service that is completely unnecessary. Especially when Noone was being rude to you to begin with. 😒 and for as long as we waited for our food the hashrounds were cold and undercooked. Could they be just having a bad day. Perhaps. But Debra could have been a little nicer as well. And acted like she cared about the establishment she in employed under. That was the name on our receipt and I'm unsure if that was her name or whoever drawer was being used. Regardless it's no excuse to make me feel like a burden when you are literally paid to serve fresh food accurately to customers. And when a mistake happens be glad go fix it. Do better Debra.

My experience today there was horrible I went through the drive thru to get a Frisco burger and go back to work. When at work I started to eat and realized my burger didn't taste correct because no tomato. I called to complain they said can you come back now I said no I'm back at work. She said well I'm very sorry that happened and I said what are you going to do again she said I'm very sorry and was rude and said I could pick up my tomato anytime and then she hung up on me. I was disgusted by the behavior of the employee I paid 7 for a burger it should be right or they should owe me one that is made correctly. I will never go there again.
