The property manager Falange Hayes is disgustingly rude to her tenants Any request or question you have she is prepared to decline without even listening. Nasty demeanor. Maybe they asked her to be that way? Don’t move here

There's a lady by the name of Eleen. She's very unprofessional with a nasty attitude towards blacks. She makes every excuse on verifying employment to deny your application I paid 50.00 for an application fee which she refused to refund my money back. She's trying to keep blacks out the building and to get her people living in the black community this is what they do. We need more African Americans to manage more properties in our communities let's report this type of behavior. I will be reaching out to the owner at Century Park location.

My experiences at 4252 Crenshaw has been excellent the staff there and other offices that I called We're extremely helpful they welcome you they are professional and efficient remember this they newly constructed building so staff is very busy touring perspective residence as far as mr. Levi Jones I think he's awesome in my opinion very thorough he explains the procedures since this is still under construction from what to wear or not wear to text instead of call because they may be with residence if one can't follow instructions that is no fault of the staff back in the day I remember I was always at the total experience then to Maverick Flats no danger I'm so confident I claiming a unit that I haven't even been chosen for to the negative reviewer I just have one question who attacked your wife?you

Worst area to move to DO NOT MOVE HERE VERY DANGEROUS!!! And I had my wife and kids Because they told us that they where going to be there at 1 and we showed up no one was there!!! And for us waiting because Levi Jones told us some will show up in 5 to 10 minutes My wife get assaulted out side your front doors while waiting for some one that never showed up!!! I am extremely mad you will get the worst review on google and every platform we can find you on So upset!!!
