I really enjoyed my time here at Marquis. I was out of town, so I could not tour the property in person. Kirstie went above & beyond for me with a zoom tour, answered all my questions & made me feel confident on leasing without actually setting eyes on the property. She’s always extremely helpful, and a shout out to the maintenance for getting my work orders completed right away.

A non-refundable $350 pet fee is required for one pet, and a non-refundable $450 is required for two pets. $20 monthly pet rent is also required for each pet.
