Unique place in a community that looks like it's seen better days. The school was closed in 2000 and the cafeteria was taken on as a diner. The only place for 20 miles in either direction on the C&O canal towpath to get some food. While i might not agree with the servers politics, they were very pleasant to my son and me (a baseball cap proudly declares her allegiance), and we enjoyed their cheeseburger and BLT sandwich. They were happy to replenish our water bottles. We were happy to support a local business along the towpath.
