I was able to get the guy behind the counter to help me out. He was talking about taking my car to the mechanic and having them diagnose the car on the computerl, which stands for more $. I told him that I was the mechanic and I was the one who was going to be fix the car. I had to let him know, that this was not my first rodeo. Anyhow the guy came outside with the code reader. He told me there were two codes that the computer was generating. He then gave me a printout of the cylinder 6 misfiring and possible solutions 1. Ignition Coils #2 Spark Plugs. I bought new spark plugs and ended up buying an Ignition coil. Problem Solved. No need to take it to the shop. Thank you O'Reilly's for the Diagnosis.

Don't even know what to say.... The whole staff at O'Reilly Auto parts was amazing! Specifically a guy by the name of Brenton. Brenton attended to me and went above and beyond. Things didn't go as planned with the issue I was having with my car but asked me to go back tomorrow when he got into work so that he can continue to take care of the issue. Respectful, friendly, attentive, and overall a outstanding worker. Thank you Brenton and the whole team for all your help. For anyone reading this, if you have a good experience please leave a good review. Most people are so quick to jump at leaving a bad review when they have a bad experience but never do we have enough people that leave a good review when they have a good experience. We need to recognize good people in this world. Worst place to get your auto parts! Worst customer service from Giovanni! One of the worst services provided by Giovanni. Avoid this store!! We called before reaching for an auto part and they said it’s available and asked us to order online. We ordered it online and reached to pick it up! They then gave us a wrong part! And then completely lied and said we don’t know who spoke to you!
