Avoid this place at all costs. The new management says they are going to fix everything but even since they’ve taken ownership it’s just one thing after another. The rent is different everywhere you look their website says one thing, the office staff will tell you a different price, and their flyers will state something else. They refuse to fire the horribly rude office staff. The power will turn off in entire buildings with no notice. You will 100% live with roaches and gnats and the occasional homeless person. There is constantly trash strewn throughout the hallways and more often than not a pungent smell of garbage and rotting food. There are constantly people rummaging through the dumpsters. We had a fire alarm in the hallway chirp for two weeks day and night and the office workers didn’t even pretend to care, i called them every day and it still took two weeks to fix. Power will randomly stop working in one or more rooms of the apartment. I wish I could give this place a zero star rating because it’s what they deserve. We do our laundry at a laundromat because the laundry is ridiculously expensive and will never be clean or dry. this renting experience has been truly miserable and I hope no one considers renting here again. Also if you’ll notice they haven’t had a positive review in years. Very telling.

Place sucks. They rarely clean the hallways. Trash everywhere. Water was leaking into our apartment one night. Maintenance doesn’t do anything, or they say they’ll be back in a few minutes then it takes hours to come back. They never answer the phone at the office. Most of the time they’re not even in the office. Ghetto and dirty.

worst apartment complex i’ve ever lived in. the office staff is incredibly rude and refuse to help with anything. i’ve made multiple maintenance calls bc our outlets have exploded and almost caused fires. i first called months ago and explained the urgency and they refused to send someone here to help. the entire place is disgusting and covered in roaches and gnats. they never clean the inside of the building. have had multiple homeless people come inside my building to sleep for the night or charge their devices. i have never experienced staff this bad. the new owners are charging me 640 for a 1 bedroom when the website says 545. disputed it with the office and they said the website was just wrong…. can’t stand this place. been an absolute nightmare since day 1. DONT MOVE HERE!

Lust The Wolf

Avoid this place at all cost, I've been living here going on 3 years now, if it's not one thing its another with this place. Managment is poor, the emergency maintains people are not trained at all, you will see a constant supply of gnats. If I could move out I would. And to top it all off, dont count on them to fix a broken water pip in your ceiling in a timely manner, going on 38 hours and it still hasn't been fixed.
