Apartments were filthy on move in, dishwasher rusty and did not work. They will charge you ridiculous fees for things they never specify in move in (returning stickers that expire, etc.). There was literally a raccoon in my ceiling and I had to call animal control. Cheap horribly made apartments. The insulation is terrible and we racked up huge electricity bills as a result (even when we sparingly used the AC and heat). They literally shut off my water for an entire day with like 2 days of notice. They are shameless and shake down students for their every dime. The only good part were the maintenance guys and other staff. They were quick and did the job well. The management is horrible. Really, do not live here trust me!

Aaron provided great customer service. He was attentive and polite. All the staff is extremely helpful and responsive. I lived here for two years and I loved the property. It’s as close to campus as you can get apartment wise and a great location near downtown.

Literally got robbed and all my stuff was stolen here and when brought to the attention of the managers, they didn’t even have security cameras that were working so we could so who did the robbery. 24/7 security is a lie, and the on-call number doesn’t even work. Apartments were filthy during move-in. If you take the tour, don’t be fooled by the nice rooms/amenities as it’s nothing like that when you actually see your room. The best part is that’s there is no ceiling fan/lights in the room, so it isn’t move-in ready as they claim to be. Literally move into any other apartment complex in Lex, because this one takes no accountability.

When I was looking for an apartment for school I went to tour Newtown Crossing. The property is nice, so close to campus, and the people that work there are great. Our tour guide, Parker, was so kind and helpful. A good place for college kids to live.
