I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Chinoe Creek in the two years I've lived here. The property is very well maintained, office staff is friendly and easy to work with, and maintenance is extremely quick to respond, even in non-emergency situations. The complex is in a great location, with a shopping center, including a Kroger right across the street.

We've lived here for almost 2 years, and up until about 1 year ago it was fine. However, it has increasingly gotten worse and that is mainly from upstairs neighbors. The flooring in our apartment was replaced around that same time frame and it made a huge difference in noise. We can literally pin point the exact steps (stomps) and as to where our upstairs neighbors are walking in their apartment. It is awful, I've considered breaking my lease multiple times because if it but have decided to try to stick it out. For anyone thinking of moving in here, do not live on the ground floor or 1st floor. Only the top floor or else you run the same risk nonstop noise..

Chinoe Creek Apartments make your life as easy as it should be! I lived in Chinoe Creek apartments for two years and I have to say I love this community so much. It is very safe and clean! The leasing office and maintenance team are very responsive and friendly!

I give Chinoe Creek 5 stars. Their maintenance people are very nice and fix my problems quickly. The girls in the office are also nice. They take care of what I’ve asked or notified them about quickly. When it snows the maintenance people clear the snow as quickly as they can and scatter salt on the blacktop and sidewalks. I feel safe in my apartment or walking for exercise. Everyone is friendly!!!
