From the lawn service to the maintenance, to the open door leasing office policy this has been the best experience I’ve ever had with renting and hopefully will continue to have for quite a while. Ridgewood is awesome! Rent is reasonable for the area, and Tim from maintenance is very knowledgeable and friendly! Hannah is our property manager, she’s wonderful!

Absolutely SHAMEFUL, fees on fees on fees. The apartments are tiny, outdated, and smell. The staff is seldom around and take glee in charging for every little thing. I think they must get compensated for getting extra fees out of people. When moving, in we point out that the front window had a BB or small bullet hole in it, of course they NEVER addressed it.

The person who was managing the phone messages would not even return the calls made by me or my two daughters. I'm sure they treat maintenance requests the same way. I would never rent from this place under any circumstances.

Lived here four years. Arbitrary rent increase every year. $13 extra to pay rent online. No amenities to speak of. High staff turnover. Laundry facilities frequently out of order. Dog poop everywhere. Mice. Ridgewood ripped up my front step and taped it off for two days for no apparent reason. Incompetent, lying staff told me that my forms were in order and I was clear to move out and turn in my key early. They not only charged penalty fees anyway, they turned me over to a collection agency without any notification. Elon Property Management is an unethical, aloof, reprehensible company where deception is policy. Avoid.
