I cannot even begin to describe the failures this place has had. Hot tub hasn’t been open in over a year. Our AC was broken for months (on and off) which sent my fiancée to the hospital a few times and cost us hundreds of dollars out of our pockets. We were promised new closet doors on day one of moving into our THIRD apartment in the complex. ( we have been loyal tenants for 3-4 years at this time) we have never received those promised closet doors and just have broken ones sitting on the brackets. Can’t open or close them. ( it wasn’t a priority according to management). Our door frame is cracked from head to toe. They just put a screw in it and was done with it.🤦🏻‍♀️ How many more things do I need to add??? I could go on but this does it. We should not be paying 980 a month for the lack of support, management, accommodation, lack of promised facilities and the leasing office breaking their lease MULTIPLE times by not repairing things PROPERLY but putting “band-aids” on them instead. * then have the nerve to say they have fixed everything* Do yourself a favor. There are cheaper and better places. To each their own but the last two years here have been dreadful. Allie and lauren were the saving grace of this place and obviously this is a RealSource issue (the owners of the complex) and trust me they are not fun to speak to. No compensation for flooding, no AC during middle of summer, no secure front door.

Honestly I use to love living here.. now not so much. For “ luxury” apartments or as they call themselves they truly aren’t. Also as for the new managers I’m not a fan. I have lived here for over two year, my repairs were always put on the back burner and when I was shown the apartments for a tour it is nothing like I got. Over priced for sure. I’m also losing my sense of security at this property. Again when I was first introduced I was shown an apartment with a good up to date security lock system that was promised everyone would get updated to. Well it’s been over two years and I never received any updates. I loved Ally and Laura when they ran the property but in the last 6 months everything has really become worse. I’m usually not one to write reviews but I figured this needed noted save your money and go somewhere else.

It's not awful living here but I don't like it. I am a current resident. I feel like I pay too much for what I'm getting. There is an awful draft at the front door. The floors are obviously uneven when you walk from room to room. There is mold on the air vents. There is a mouse infestation. I reported it once and they claimed they fixed it but a month later I physically saw the mouse twice due to them poorly sealing all the holes in the walls and cracks between appliances. There is no room for storage and the leasing office is always closed and the blonde lady that works there is always On lunch. I will definitely not be resigning my lease.
