I wouldn’t stop here again, even if my car ran was on E. The employees have no customer service what so ever. @ 9:43 I decided to use my debit card at the pump, it placed a hold on my card for $125 which was pending, and I never was able to pump my gas for some reason, so I went inside to ask why I didn’t get to pump but received a hold? they told me to contact my bank but in a rude manner, one employee commented that I should’ve came in side. They had no sympathy whatsoever, not even the manager. I’m 7 months pregnant and the card at the pump was convenient at the time… This isn’t the first time at the same location that the employees, behaved in this manner, one was even laughing at the situation, the guy that told me that I should’ve came in side to pay, said to is not my day, when I asked manger for his name he said to me what’s your name… no respect for women or his job smh Go somewhere else!! Drive less than 3miles to speedway!

Prepare for some abuse at the hands of an unprofessional staff. In the 10 minutes I was in there this morning I was accused of “cutting” in line by the manager (which I didn’t). After she abused me verbally she then forced me to go to the back of the line…twice. I was trying to ascertain why I was being treated this way but she appeared to be having trouble putting words together this morning. After finally making it to the front of the line, I asked the other lady working there if the manager was ok because she appeared to be inebriated. She grabbed my coffee out of my hand and refused to serve me. That is the first time I’ve been refused service in 38 years on this planet! I wasn’t yelling, wasn’t being abusive, I was genuinely concerned that she might be sick or something. After reading the reviews for this store it appears as though there is a leadership problem and possibly a systemic problem within the Thorntons organization. Avoid this place.

I been doing business at this Woodhill location for 2 years. It's Always been clean in the store & out in the parking lot. BUT, for at least the last 3 months the parking lot is Straight Up NASTY!!!! Totally uncalled for. IF I was an Out-of-Towner, I would keep driving because I would think that it was like that in the inside of the Store also...Thank You..

First and foremost every time I come in this store I am never greeted the cashiers never say hello, have a good day or anything. Well I go in today to get a fountain drink and cigarettes the cashier was rude to begin with and I went to put my Thorntons card # in the system and I accidently said my Speedy card I know it was a mistake and she jumped down my throat "THIS IS NOT SPEEDWAY THIS IS THORNTONS" needless to say I felt completely disrespected the cashier did not tell me to have a good day she didn't even address me and was to busy talking to the other cashier. This wouldn't be such a big deal but I have worked in service stations for over 5 years and I have never spoken to a customer that way I will never be back to that Throntons (and I get everything from there pop, cigarettes, gas ETC.) I will be contacting corporate regarding this and it will be addresses because the cashier was awful .
