I think I am done with this location- I drive through to pick up lunch on the go often and no matter how many times I repeat myself that I would like CHEESE added to the sandwich, and no matter how many times the say, yes we got it, ultimately I get back to the office, open the bag, and guess what.... Not sure what the disconnect is.... open your bag and look at your order is all I can say for this place..

I hadn't eaten inside a Chick-fil-A since way b4 the pandemic. It was nice & cool inside & I liked that they had so many condiment choices, napkins etc., in the dining room. Workers bring your order to the table, & everyone was friendly. I can't wait to go back & I want to eat inside again bc it's super relaxed

Awkward how there's a person standing in the drive thru that you order and pay with. I actually liked that but was forsure a first for me. Super fast. Only complaint was how the menus were turned, kinda hard to see.

Picked up dinner through the drive through tonight. My wife ordered the soup. When she opened it, to her surprise it had a rather large bug floating in it. She immediately returned to the store and went inside. She was ignored by the staff as they were all busy working the drive through. She stopped one the workers and asked to speak with the manager. The employee called for him. Upon him greeting her, she showed him the soup and told him that she was not looking for a refund. His response was “oh, not very appetizing “. No apology was given. We simply will not be returning to this location.
