Cannot afford to renew due to the large increase in rent... I would like to state first that on site management and maintenance are friendly and helpful. They do a great job of addressing issues and keeping the grounds and buildings in good shape. During my 2 years here, my neighbors and residents in other buildings on the property have been wonderful! ... However, the property is owned by a corporation that is driven by money. They do not know the residents or care that individuals and families cannot keep up with the frequent increases in rent. I have lost neighbors due to this and, unfortunately, I have found myself forced to seek out a more affordable residence elsewhere. Although an essential worker during the Covid outbreak, the aftermath had finally reached my profession during last year and is ongoing. This has resulted in a significant reduction of income and an extreme increase in expenses, which makes the 12% increase in my rent out of reach. It saddens me to leave this community which I called "home"

I’ve had a great experience living here. I’ve been here for 2 years and have had no problems whatsoever. The staff is kind, the neighbors always speak when they see you walking, it’s so quiet with the exception of times children are playing or the variety of music the neighbors listen to on occasion. I love it and would recommend it to anyone.

Unprofessional management. They’ll “approve” your application knowing they haven’t fully reviewed your paperwork. They expect you to sign a lease before seeing an apartment! After being pressured to send in $1300 to hold the unit they called THE DAY BEFORE MOVE IN to tell me I was denied mind you they already sent me an approval letter. That’s money on a moving company down the drain, renters insurance money down the drain and who knows when I’ll see my $1300!!!
