I had a close friend live in the community under the prior property management company so I thought I’d apply and now that I’m moved in I couldn’t be happier! Holly, my leasing agent, was and is super responsive and helpful during the entire process. As a first-time renter it was a bit intimidating coming in to a new community, but ReNew is clean, spacious, and the perfect place to be! The community amenities are top-notch, units are spacious with modern finishes, and QUIET! I’d recommend ReNew to anyone looking for a safe, cozy community.

I toured this place back in the summer of 2021 and I keep thinking about it. Holly took my mother and I as a last minute, walk-in. We were her last tour of the day. While I ultimately did not end up renting here due to me being on a longer lease at my apartment, I truly appreciate the customer service I received. The apartment complex was clean, quiet and presentable. Everyone I met and asked if they loved living here said they did - which is a plus.

Just moved in a few days ago! The overall move in experience was great. Holly, Stacey & Melissa are very friendly and will walk you through the entire process. They are very responsive as well. The buildings and amenities are amazing here. Coming from more of an outdated complex - ReNew has all of the bells and whistles that a tenant could ask for. The furnishings in the apartments are well kept and modern. The space itself is very functional and, clean and maintained well. There is also a great deal of natural light that comes in. I will do another review if we ever decide to move out of here, but I can certainly see myself being here for many many years to come. Looking forward to being part of the community!
