Called for help filling scrips for my heart meds. Several times the call was dropped or terminated and I had to call back. When I was finally able to speak to someone on Thursday I thoroughly explained that I only needed enough medicine to get me to the day of my plane trip home. It's now Saturday and I have had to explain my situation for the third time. I missed my dose this morning. Frankly put, there is a problem with communication and continuity of information here. In the pharmacy business this could be deadly.

Re: Terrible Customer Service! Have used the Richmond Rd. location for a while and got my last Covid booster there. Had another one scheduled for Monday (it's Saturday now) and learned this am that I was exposed to someone that had been with someone that has Covid last evening. She's not feeling well and now thinks she has it. I tried to call the Pharmacy to ask about getting a Covid test and when I should get it, and if I should postpone the booster. I wanted to speak to the pharmacy department. On first call got put into call waiting where it said there we three calls ahead of me (every 30 seconds) for 15 minutes. So I called back to talk with the store, and one of the associates volunteered to transfer me back to the pharmacy and try to get me through. After the phone ringing for 5 minutes, it simply stopped. I can only assume that someone in the pharmacy simply pushed a button to end the call. I called back to the store, explained that I may have been exposed to Covid, didn't want to come in, and was trying to get through to the pharmacy. I even asked if there was an emergency back there and was this a bad time to call and what was a better time. The attitude of the associates I spoke to indicated to me that they Pharmacy was always like this. This time a different associate said he would go back and ask the question for me, which of course he screwed up and didn't ask the question I asked of him - how long should I wait from last night to get the test. Ridiculously bad customer service. I am transferring my prescriptions to Kroger on Richmond Road which has an urgent treatment facility, got right through to them and they answered my questions. Also getting the booster there - would not trust the Pharmacy at Walgreens to give the shot - if they can't even answer the phone.

I really wish this wasn't the only pharmacy near me. I do not recommend this place for filling your prescriptions or anything at all really.

Best service Best staff I came for passport photo for my passport renewal application. I explained my bad experience at other Walgreen location to the staff. My application was denied 🙅‍♀️ because of background mistake and he suggested to go to the same location as they have my records to make it easy for another one. I go that Walgreens branch and their staff was so mean , they didn’t accept their mistake and tried to avoid to give another service, Being rude. I came back here and again explained the situation. My application is more important than photo cost. I’m ready to pay for it again. Thanks 🙏to “JON” he not only give me new photos, he didn’t even charge me on behalf of them. THANK YOU 🙏
