I have lived at dominion for a full year now and have just signed another lease for a larger unit! Michelle was wonderful in answering all of my questions and easing any nerves I had throughout this move. I had noticed some things that needed fixing in the new unit and Kevin was quick to help. I’m so grateful to have such great leasing/maintenance staff! It makes living here that much better :)

Her friendly disposition was inviting and made us excited about this long process of looking for a new home. Thank you Michelle for making this process just a tad bit easier. I visited Dominion Apartments and was greeted by Michelle. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the property! She gave a great tour of a model unit and all the amenities of the property. It's an older building but has definitely been fully renovated to be a lovely place to call home! The fitness center especially is top notch! The pool wasn't open yet for the season, but the rooftop lounge area is lovely. Most importantly, the apartments are spacious and have very nice finishings.

I moved in two months ago and was toured by Mariana who was super professional and assisted me with my move in process, she ensured that my transition was as smooth as possible. Also maintenance is great and quick, they fix everything within a very reasonable time. Not to mention, Bina and Eugenia are great! The location is phenomenal. Your close to the metro, DC, Alexandria and more. Restaurants and stores are at a walkable distance. Overall I am happy to call Dominion my new home.
