Had a package to send back. Wasn't sure they needed to see the product, so I didn't tape it. My first question was, do I need to pay to send this back? I showed him the paper I had,he said no, but I did have to tape it. I had no tape on me and no money. He informed me they had tape.... for sale. I said I guess I need to go back home and tape it. He said I guess so. As I left, I heard a snicker. Just 2-3 inches of tape would have been So appreciated and not embarrassing on me . One bad apple is all it takes to go somewhere else.

We have community mailboxes, 5 times they have put my packages in a locked property box for retrieval. The lock broke, key will not work from the front. Yet still today there is a package in the box, I am unable to get out. What do they not understand about it is broken....geez...this place is a real winner, not!

They are so rude here. I didn't get the help I wanted. I understand everyone is going thru something nowadays but dang leave that outside your job. They need to learn customer service a little better.

No it's a federal holiday
Go to the counter and ask for help or the supervisor. Its a small post office and the line moves quickly
At my post office it was $98.00 every year. Since postal rates went up, it could be more in 2019
Yes you can. I go to the Crowley office often and you can get a passport there.
