Janice Bradley, FNP is extremely knowledgeable and sincerely caring. I feel comfortable and at ease when seeing her and feel that I have received genuine Total Care!

I wish I could give 0 Stars I had a billing and coding issues in which the company use the same code twice within the same calendar year and resulted in a decline and coverage and I had to pay out of pocket due to a mistake on Total Care part of Total Care refused to fix the issues Erica from the billing department refuse to look further I asked to speak with her boss and she refused that as well do not go here find you another doctor office Update I got all my money back because I was right they admitted fault and sent a check Thank you for fixing the problem

The clinic will still see you. There are discounted rates for the office visits and in-office services like shots or urine testing, etc.
I don't know. Call them, they are very friendly and helpful. I have used them for myself and my husband. When l was hospitalised they called me. Just give them a call.They can tell you.

They are typically anywhere from $20-$40 and most insurances cover them as well
Yes, they do sports physicals. I do not know the cost. Staff and medical staff are wonderful, caring people.
Bishan, Unfortunately, we are not in network with Ambetter Insurance. However, we do recommend seeking medical assistance for that symptom. We will happily see you at our discounted uninsured rate if you would still like to see one of our providers.
