I’ve been using this location regularly for the past 6 months but this last visit was over the top! I had a car full of kids and 11 boxes that needed to be shipped out. Justin came out to me so I could stay out with the kids the entire time. He loaded my entire order up for me, brought out receipts and conducted the entire transaction from my drivers window. If you have the opportunity to use this location, you will be more than satisfied!

This location is always super helpful. I’ve visited this location 3-4 times a week for almost two years a s even all the way during the busiest of days I’ve gotten great service. Store owner is super sweet. They usually have more than enough employees and take care of the line when forms in a timely manner. Thanks guys

On this visit, I did not accomplish what I was there for. The lady directed me to their computer which wasn't helpful. I left and went to my regular UPS store in Ft. Worth on McCart & Sycamore School Rd and was in and out within 5 minutes. Mission accomplished.

this place sucks. they never scan your items in, i took amazon returns multiple times and my items dont get scanned, so i cant track anything or get my money back on things
