I have been sitting here waiting with three other people waiting while the people in the back are carrying on a full blown conversation. Terrible customer service. I will go to a different location for now. It's been 15 minutes now and no one has even been called to the back.

You never know if the fax will work. My doctor office request sometimes don't make it there. So I have started getting my Doctor to email it to me and I personally take it in.

Appt this afternoon. Bloodwork for Dr. Ashfac staff. Liver consultants. Do I need to fast?
