Why is the owners dog allowed to bark for hours in the middle of the night? This does not provide the quiet atmosphere I was looking for.

Perfect place to camp on a hot summer day! They have a historic 1923 era fresh water spring pool, and a larger and warmer chlorine pool. They were grilling korean bbq all day poolside, and it was fantastic! There are state forest land mountain bike trails about a 6 minute drive from the resort, so you can ride your face off in the morning while its heating up and then jump in the pool afterwards! This is a lesser traveled area in California, so the mountain bike trails haven't been completely worn down to rocks and roots like many places. Also I'd highly recommend renting the glamping tent, it is like a classic safari sized tent decorated with a lot of antique furniture and persian rugs. It's also incredibly close to the pool. Well worth the money!

Staff was amazing, but the noise from the tree cutting was very disturbing because they start cutting the trees around 7 or 8 am in the morning that was the only down side of the camping site. The pools were awesome especially the man made Spring pool, but be careful because the spring water is really cold because it is from the spring or the river next to the camping site. Also they gave us a uneven spot to camp and there was a tree stump in the middle of the camp site that was also another downside but over all the trip was pretty fun.
