My family and I have stayed here for many years in different rented units and have always had a good time. The area is quieter than North Conway but it's a quick drive to Franconia Notch and all the park activities there. On site, there is a man-made pond that the kids have a lot of time splashing around in when we want to stay at the resort for a day. The clubhouse itself needs some updating, and it's a little crazy air hockey, pool, and table tennis cost $1 each time you play, but overall this is a great option for families to stay.

We've been coming here for years now and I never get tired of this place or the beautiful views. COVID 19 did not greatly impact our stay as there is plenty to enjoy. The swim pond was opened and nicely maintained and everyone on the grounds is friendly and eager to help. The shops downtown were opened as were the eateries. Local attractions were plentiful but take a little more planning.

Love staying here. Despite covid we were still able to enjoy our stay. The pool and rec room are open but you need to make reservations with the desk. Not far from Conway, about 35 min drive. Restaurants around the area are all really good.
