Tubs pool water in the corners, no house keeping, you have to take out your own trash, beds are collapsed, doors don't always close and latch, you are not allowed to smoke on your own balconies, dirty corners, outlets are loose and a fire hazard, and when you report issues to the front desk, they are nice, but only have excuses for the problems......

The rooms were outdated but very clean. The pillows could also be switched out they were extremely flat. The room itself had everything we needed though. Including soap in the bathrooms. Staff throughout the day were always friendly and willing to answer questions.

Everything we needed and expected. Staff was very helpful, stayed late for my late arrival. Murphy bed was weird, but plenty comfy. Not sure what the other reviews are reffering to. It's also a good place to store the lady if you want to go out on the town or hit the slopes.

In general, there is something charming about this Inn that makes you want to overlook it’s flaws. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz Carlton but the place definitely needs some updating. The kitchenette was super, well stocked and felt clean. Don’t look behind the headboard of the Murphy beds….ewh, not clean in Room 205. Bed was comfortable enough and it was quiet sleeping. I stayed there over a mid-October Leaf Peepers weekend. The rugs and sofa in this room need to be replaced, they do not look clean. Oh and yes, the room smells bad. But maybe that doesn’t bother most people.
