Highly recommended! Cabin we stayed in was very clean, cozy and full of great supplies. Everything from the kitchen to the bathroom was pretty close to fully stocked. The managers are super nice. Great little cabins!

Wonderful place to stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I love the rustic charm of the cabins and being able to be right on the water.

Very nice woman in the front desk. Very friendly residents also. Unfortunately the cabins are not wheelchair accessible would be too difficult to get my son's wheelchair in. I'm not sure the front doors are wheelchair accessible ADA friendly. They look awfully tight. Also the bedroom does not have a door and refrigerator is very tiny. There are free kayaks for the cabins although I thought the website said the boats were free also but looking at the lake I wouldn't want my girls in there it's probably full of alligators it's very stagnant water like a very deep large puddle. There's not really much to it at all. Doesn't look like there's any kind of events going on or anywhere much to congregate except the main office. After looking around I decided not to stay there because it just didn't look worth the $130 a night. It's the first place also that we have ever been charged a pet fee for my son seizure dog. The lady was nice and I've been gave me refund because it had only been about 10 minutes.

If you go to the website you can look at the individual rentals and it will say how much they are a night. It ranges from $115-150.
No, it does not
Call the office. My friend has been living there for a couple years.

No there are gators in the water. You can however take a canoe or john boat out. Right across the street is a place where you can get on a airboat.

I'm not sure but were very reasonable for our week long stay so I'm sure they are good.
We paid $2000 for 6 weeks.
Yes. And creek behind cabins wide and open too.
There are air oats, kayaking, huge bass fishing. The Community is charming. Elvis filmed a movie there. There is Chinsegut Conservation center. There is camping, hiking, birding. Lovely area. You are less than an hour to the Villages.
Yes. My family was there about two months.
They have lots beside cabins and some down by the water. Just call and let them know you are looking to park a camper/travel trailer
