Me and my husband went to this location and the service was fine but the food is terrible. I feel as if I wasted my money, the chicken was under cooked and the fries were extremely hard. $30 gone to waste won’t get any more of my money.

2nd time I been to this location. First time wasn’t so bad but they did have all those people in the kitchen and still took long. This time I went there was only 2 people working so I get the long wait but when I received my food I was mad when I got home and saw my wings were not at all saucy . I always order the same thing , lemon pepper and mango habanero. Literally looks like they just put them in the box straight from the oil forgetting to toss them in the sauce. My fiancés fries had a piece of the whole potato in her fries. This was so far the worst experience. Also all the wings were all in the same container even though these were 2 separate orders.

Bruh the ppl that work here dgaf how they make your food, I ordered spicy Korean wings and they literally didn't even cover the wings in the sauce they put it to a side like bruh I ain't never said to put it like dat😐 literally teens that work here dgaf they just need the cash that's why their work is shit💀 literally coming from a 13 yr old 😭☠️☠️☠️

Please read* coming from someone who orders a lot at this location (me), I never thought I would receive such disgusting customer service. The person who handles the refund had a disgusting attitude and hung up on me as I was talking. Very very rude. I called back and he refused to talk to me. Also rude. They haven’t refunded me my money since January 14th. They play with your money and steal from you. This is a no for me. I will now be making this a legal issue & the little kids that work here are so unprofessional as well.. wonder where they get that from
