Park N Fly Midway is a well oiled machine. They make my travel between parking and getting to and from the airport seemless and very easy-going. The parking rates are very reasonable. The parking lot is secured and also very clean. I like that the shuttle bus picks me up at my car within a minute or so after I arrive. The drivers are always very courteous. I don't have to lift my bags. They take my bags out of my car and even upon my return they put my bags back in my car. The shuttle bus is always a clean and comfortable ride. When I return to the airport and after I've claimed my baggage, I like that I'm able to just text the number provided and I immediately receive a text back telling me where to go to get in a shuttle bus that is waiting. I didn't realize it but they've written my parking spot on my claim ticket so the driver is able to take me directly to my car. I've been using Park N Fly Midway for years and will continue to use them. I have always had a great experience.

It was so convenient and great value for what I paid. As soon as I parked my car the shuttle was there to pick me up and take me directly to the terminal. The driver helped with my luggage. Same thing when I returned. A shuttle was waiting right after I picked up my bag. Got help with luggage again and was taken directly to my car. Can't get any better than that. I also liked that there were attendants at the gate to make sure I got in and directed me where to park. Thank you so much for making my trip even better and hassle free!

This was our first time parking here and we would definitely park here again! It is so convenient and when we parked our car in the indoor garage we didn't see the shuttle. I called and someone answered right away and dispatched the shuttle to pick us up. On our return back to Midway, another quick call and the shuttle was right there outside the baggage claim area. The drivers were so nice too! Very professional and pleasant! I would highly recommend using this service!!!

The employees are SO kind! My shuttle driver brushed off all the snow on my car, the woman at the ticket booth kept calling me to let me know I left my debit card behind. She held onto it safely until I got there. They promptly pick you up. Rates are great. Such an awesome service! I plan to use them anytime I fly out of Midway!
