This review is subject to change. I made a visit to the location at around 10:30 PM and placed a mobile order in advance. The order was paid for, acknowledged as received and being made. I was waiting in my car and noticed it was taking awhile so I walked into the establishment. I let the employee know that I had a mobile order. The employee, who I assumed was the manager, told me that mobile orders were not available at the location (?????). I showed him that it was received and was being "made" but he insisted that mobile orders can't be done and nothing pulled up on the system. Initially, I believed he asked me what I got so he can make it free of charge (there was a thick accent so a small language barrier, but it worked out. Once he made it, he made me pay again despite showing that I was charged through the app. I was in a hurry so decided to just pay. He let me write my name and number so he (what I assume) can call me back and work out a refund. I'm really hoping this is the case because I was pretty irritated when I needed to pay twice. The sandwich itself was great, couldn't complain. I will return to this review if things get worked out

Told the guy footling meatball marinara and gave me a 6in they I told him I said footling and he said Ill have to charge you for 2 6in subs. Then told me that the sauce was extra and didn't give me any sauce. I've never had such a poor experience in my life. Never going back to this subway again.

Its a Great sandwich shop. Staff does a great job and the food is perfectly made. Me and my friends won't be going though if the restaurant choose's to enforce cook county's unlawful new rule. I'll take my business elsewhere to other restaurants who aren't.

Absolutely amazing service. Bought 6 footlongs, each 2 set a different kind. Along with a dozen cookies, variety. This was great because my dad is in the hospital and trying to find fast, delicious food that can be eaten a bit later could have been difficult but wasn't! 👍
