Ive loved Volkswagen for years but I will never go back to this dealer and here is why. I purchased my first car at this dealer and can't believe what has happened to me in the past year. A year ago my water pump went out so I took it in for repair. I payed them 1800 dollars and needed a rental car for long as they had my car. Jamie, the clerk makes a reservation for me at Enterprise to receive a car and says Volkswagen will pay. Enterprise confirms that Volkswagen will pay 100% and sends me an invoice stating that fact. Three weeks later I get charged 600 dollars for the rental. I ask Enterprise what happened and they explained that Volkswagen in Ontario is blocking the payment and I should go back and talk to them. I go to Volkswagen and they denied they made the reservation even though its in Enterprises system. Ive tried to explaining for a year to them but both the manager and the clerk had no intentions of resolving the situation but blaming the little guy and now Im left with a 600 dollar hit and a bad taste in my mouth. I advise against coming here for services. It wont end well.

The maintenance department is extremely over priced! They quoted me just under $80 to replace a license plate light bulb! I had an 02 sensor replaced and parts and labor added up to just under $800. For that kind of money they should've fully detailed my vehicle!😉

This just proves again that it 's not what you know but who you know. Alvaro Garcia is a top-notch guy that I'd feel comfortable recommending to anyone wanting to buy a VW, even my mom if she was still alive. He communicates well. He does what he says he'll do. He doesn't try to run any games or use fast talk. He displays rare and commendable integrity in a field that isn't noted for that. His concern for a satisfied customer goes above and beyond, and that's the reason we've recently bought three cars from him. The dealership that he's a part of , from Jimmy to Gabriel to Jason to Brad to Eduardo to the lovely little man who keeps the place clean, is just a great place to do business. I am happy to send anyone your direction if they want to buy a terrific car or need service.
