Luke and Rachel made our experience amazing from beginning to end. This isn't like your typical dealership! Absolutely thrilled to go home comfortably in my new forte. Cesar and Sandy hit this one out of the park. I previously went in searching for a new car and left because they didn’t have much inventory and I didn’t want to settle. The first win was there was absolutely no pressure to buy something I didn’t want - and I experienced that elsewhere. The communication was phenomenal and we were able to get me exactly what I wanted and then some! The whole team made the transition seamless from my old car to the next and I even got this bow for pictures! Making sure I was satisfied was their too concern and their hospitality made it feel like I was with chatting with family. Thank you guys! 10/10 recommend!!!

Call them up and then pray to God they have everything ready for you on the day you schedule. Which won't be for at least 2 weeks. I needed a new battery. They quoted me $140 which was more than I could really afford at the time, but I needed the battery. They installed a $350 battery and wouldn't change it for the less expensive one and charged me $175 even though they quoted $140. They also made me wait all day after they said maybe 1 hour. It was 6. I had my baby son with me and very limited supplies for him. It was terrible service.
Go to the car wash, let them clean the fabric seats, for $100
