Call them up and then pray to God they have everything ready for you on the day you schedule. Which won't be for at least 2 weeks. I needed a new battery. They quoted me $140 which was more than I could really afford at the time, but I needed the battery. They installed a $350 battery and wouldn't change it for the less expensive one and charged me $175 even though they quoted $140. They also made me wait all day after they said maybe 1 hour. It was 6. I had my baby son with me and very limited supplies for him. It was terrible service.
Be sure to sign up for an account to do your scheduling. I haven't had my first service yet. But I always get email reminders of when I need to schedule.
For the Kia Service department, You can schedule one online or simply call the dealership. Scheduling online is better because you can choose your date and time. When you call to schedule I find they are not as flexible . I recommend Michael Muse . He is always very helpful and has always taken care of my vehicle.
They're heavy on the web scheduling. If you bought your car through them, check your email for an invitation to their portal. Failing that, ask customer assistance line to send a new one. Id strongly avoid interacting with the personnel.
