I was fortunate enough to have spent my summer being an intern here at the Upland AppleOne branch. My experience internally was above any expectations! I've learned so much on how to be a quality recruiter. On one hand, I was able to understand our candidates skill set and furthermore what they are looking for in their career path, then on the other hand was able to provide people the opportunity to interview then ultimately gain a job. The people that I've worked alongside this team have shown the utmost genuine care for anyone and everyone they interact with, both internally and externally. If you are seeking employment look no further!! I was seeking employment on my own submitting my applications everywhere that I fit the qualifications. I was unsuccessful my application got lost with all the hundreds of applicants. I was always skeptical of working for a job agency. I have always had bad experiences but trust me when I say Apple one is 1000% different than any other job agency you’ll find. I was assigned an Agent her name is MJ Hernandez she was quick to find me a suitable position. She helped prepped me for the interview, she was honest, caring, and knowledgeable.
