We moved out they have roaches .The sap from the trees will send you to the car wash every 2 days. The name definitely doesn’t match the appearance of the apartment . My apartment was very outdated . Don’t live here. It’s a dump the best thing was the peacocks , pool , and the duck 🦆 pond. Shower, bathroom sinks , and tubs peel. The cabinets are very old with brand new handles . Carpet is very outdated and dirty and good luck if you are able to get them to clean it. I paid to have it cleaned . Luxury ?? Far from Luxury! I lived here for 5 years I’ll miss the peacocks 🦚.

D Rays

Was here 11 years. It's not a safe area anymore. While here, my mother was assaulted walking to her car from our place. They stole her purse. Our car was stolen and stripped. Our truck windows and several other neighbors vehicles were vandalized, windows smashed and property stolen. The last straw was when our place was broken into and they destroyed our place and stole just about everything right after Christmas.

We just moved to Terracina, and our experience with the office was great, especially with Betty, who speaks Portuguese, our native language. She made our moving process as quick as possible, and we are very grateful for her excellent work. Hope Terracina always has a great staff like Betty! Besides, we received a visit today from maintenance, who came to change the microwave in the apartment for a new one, and we believe that soon they will change the stove. So far so good our experience has been great.
