Don't move here. Roaches the first three weeks and water was shut off every month for the first six months or so. I'm currently trying to get a large amount of money from them that they owe me legally and it's like pulling teeth. It took two months to talk to a manager about the problem and the few times phones were actually answered the women were rude. Don't move here.

Moved in a week ago and so far they have been nothing but helpful especially with my maintenance needs. They fix the issue within 24 hours. So thankful

I messaged the leasing office with my desired move in date and Taylor replied letting me know there was an apartment that would be available near that date. She helped me with all of the steps to secure the apartment and made my move-in easy and seamless. The apartment has been renovated and is exactly what I wanted. The grounds are well kept including the dog park. Trash gets taken out before it overflows too much. The pools and BBQs are clean. Overall one of the better complexes I've lived in.

Moving in was a breeze. Less than 2 weeks from first visit to move in and I can't be happier with the process. Claudia was very helpful, quick to respond to calls & emails, and easy to work with. I got the apartment I wanted, with a move in special that saved me money. The unit is nice, clean, and newly renovated. Would recommend to small families, dog owners, and young couples. The time we spent here was enjoyable, and any issues we had with a unit we're fixed within a reasonable time frame. We moved out and ended the lease early because I relocated for a new job. This apartment community is at high demand and is worth it for most looking for something like this in the area.
