I wasn't told I'd be dropped from the program after a certain number of missed appointments, even though I speak to someone every 2 weeks. This is what is to be expected from a money-grubbing program profiting from a moronic system.

It's been over 13 years since I've taken classes there but it was a great experience, considering the circumstances. Staff is amazing. My group instructor was Russ (I believe that was his name, it's been a long time), he was fighting cancer and I think about him from time to time. I hope he beat it. What a great guy!

I was an employee there at Valley Improvement Program for 5 years. I worked in the 3 locations Rancho,Ontario,Upland....My experience as a Counselor facilitating groups, lectures and 15 minute interviews with clients was the most rewarding job ever...Most and foremost i want to Thank Mrs.Mckay who hired me and her assistant Sandy 2 awesome people and office employees for all being so good to me..Keep up the good work Valley Improvement....Always Julia Martinez...
