Need better food in the stores and not be so much four wheeler dependent it's a truck stop it should be there for truckers and have the things that truckers want like good food not junk food and beer. Anybody driving why would you want beer

Lots of room to park, felt fairly safe and okay amenities inside. Keep track of the number of days you're there for, and have enough cash to pay the toll when you leave. 💸💸💸

The MOST UNORGANIZED, POORLY MANAGED, shop in the COUNTRY. As of now, I have been here for almost 5 days (4 days, 18 hours). In that time the shop has managed to change one abs sensor successfully. Otherwise, the story has varied from cannot get parts until Monday ( dealer closed @ 18:00 on Saturday) to they gave us the wrong part ( shop gave the dealer the part #), to varying tales of woe about finding parts runners and what time the parts runners left or didn't leave. Bottom line is, don't believe a word they tell you. Don't bring your truck here. The ladies at the service desk try, they are really nice, but that doesn't fix trucks. David straight up lies about how long it will take. The restaurant is CLOSED ON SATURDAY, and apparently closes early at random if they feel like it. This leaves Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. $25 a night to park or receipts for same isn't an issue but jeesh, who wants to eat that for 5 days? No one. TA corporate is more interested in their PRIME account than anything else. Let them have it. Take your trucks elsewhere. I know I will be.

Not impressed, unfriendly, workers always sim bored and tired of been there. Customers feel like a number. No personal service just business. Onl go there fir my discount otherwise would avoid it. And mechanics at the shop are only driven by commission, thay charge as much as they can, not there to help that's fir shure. Avoid over price service rude Customers service and wait for ever to get help. Last time I had an inspection there, I end it up paying over 3k. Most things weren't necessary to replace but company will do as they say, so you are stock withe bill. They take advantage of truckers. They should be ashamed of what they do..should not be in businesses. That's called highway Robery. And legal too. Unbelievable.
