Barbecue grills Always dirty they never clean them when we try to use them Gym is never clean and they close it at 6pm Seriously people work late and want to go to the gym ! They definitely need a better porter here .

My ratings on this West Fifth apartments in the staff from 1 to 10 I give them a 10 Dixon was very nice and help me get into my apartment and also the other players that work there everyone is very nice the apartments are great I've only been here a few days and so far I'm loving it God bless everyone

They overcharg for laundry every time. If you have more than one car and need to park on the street you better be ready to walk because there is never any parking. They charge you for things adding to your rent/fees then don't properly explain what they charged you for saying "it doesn't break it down for us so I'm not sure" and expect you to pay anyways. "Smoke free" but you'll smell people with cigs smoking daily. After a couple weeks here the wall paint started peeling and still hasn't stopped. And the shower floor has warped and I asked multiple times but they have yet to make time to come for repairs. Overall they are not worth the price of rent.

The staff and the apartments are nice , they are underneath new management. Pool kept cleaned and everything is maintained The only BIG CON about this place is the parking !!! You can not find a spot during the night especially if you work late . People even tend to park in the red just for a parking or you will have to walk half mile away to your complex and keep circling around . Another thing is this is a “smoking free apartments” what they told me there is so many pot heads in this area and people hot boxing in the car . Strong sense of weed which is annoying . Another thing is the laundry room is always messy. And the cost of spending is a lie 7$ for wash and dry ??? Charging on my card I can go to the Laundromat for a cheaper price . They need to give us individual Landry’s cards or something so we don’t need to use our own debit / credit Cards
