For a location that handles package returns, the heavy double doors that requires you to drop your package then prop on with your body to then have to pick up the package again just to ingress into the building sure is inconvenient. Then they don't give you a print out receipt so you have to take it by faith that they scanned in the package with no possible proof if something goes wrong (network outage, employee on strike or made mistakes) makes it my least favorite of places to use for free retuns.. Oh, and the window opening is too small to handle the last two packages and they had to open the door to take them. It seems like it was just an after thought to use a warehouse facility to accept returns. I would much prefer using the UPS Store or Kohl's instead, given the option.
