My experience has been the best. A special shout out to Ulysses Tarango. He is truly the best at what he does. My auto loan approval was extremely tight and hard to work with. It would be almost impossible to find me a good car for my budget. But Ulysses worked hours looking through cars, making phone calls, and negotiating. He was able to find me not one but three cars! I was able to get my car for a great price, great mileage, and got this car in less than 4 days! The schools first staff was completely amazing and helpful.

The service that I received from Autoland was amazing. I generally do not like to go to dealerships because I feel like they are always trying to pressure you to buy the car right then and there. For most buyers, our goal is to look and test-drive a variety of cars, and then come back and make a decision on what we would like to purchase. Since I am a member of a credit union, one of the perks they provide is a concierge service where you call them, let them know the make and model of the car, and they will bring it to you. If you like the car that you test-drive the credit union will create the paperwork for you to sign. They provided quality service, no hassle to purchase a car, a smooth transition, and a great APR. I would like to thank Haley and Laura. They were absolutely amazing. I would recommend Autoland for your car needs!

After an endless search for a CR-V hybrid for my mom, I turned to schools first credit union/ auto land to help me try to find one. My autoland Rep Ulysses called me and gave me the 411 on how the process would be. He went into detail about everything I needed to know and did advise me I was looking for the car everyone else wanted to. He explained it would be a couple days so he could look into seeing what was available. The next day I received a call from Ulysses letting me know we hit the jackpot and he was able to find the car my mom was looking for. No hesitation I asked him to reserve the car for me. Next day I was in the schools first branch signing papers for the car EVERY dealer told me wasn’t available for months. I’m so great full Ulysses went above and beyond to find the car we were looking for. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.
