My prescriptions can never be found or they're never ready when they say to come back and they never get my doctor's calls. This store used to be great but in the last 2 years service has gone down hill. I am so done!

Went there for "Walk-in" Covid booster that they offer 2pm to 3pm. I got there 1:45pm. There were about 10 people ahead of me and 20 behind me. After an hour standing in line (all while they continued to handout forms to fill out). Suddenly they said "no more walk-in" with about 25 people standing in line. They could have told everyone not to wait once the number of people outnumbered the available doses!😕

Love this Rite Aid. The manager and staff are always friendly and helpful. Just recently I was trying to send money via western union at a small phone kiosk at the store recently. Though the transaction couldn't be completed from the store, the manager spent lots of his time helping me find a western union that could handle the transaction. This is typical of this Rite Aid. I had a similar experience with the pharmacy with filling a difficult prescription. Excellent.
