I called roto-rooter at 7am because my sewage line output was putting sewage all over my lawn! They were there within an hour and 30 minutes which is amazing! Then, I was super-busy with work when the plumbers came by and they were very quick and understanding!! Phil was especially great! Please thank PHIL for me!! He's truly a hero!

They werent “experienced” enough to find out the clogging issue. Then when we they cleaning up their equipment it sprayed feces all over patio. My wife called to complain to have them come rectify the situation and was only able to get a number that didnt go through. The picture below is all sewage, they didnt even tell my wife about it happening. There is feces staining our concrete and white plaster that wont come out. So disappointed.

Pablo, the technician that serviced our home, was amazing. Very helpful and went above what is expected to make the tenant happy. He called me to get the amount approved before doing the work (as requested), explained everything to me, and even took the time to inform the tenant how to properly use the hot water and garbage disposal. Nice, professional, cordial - couldn't ask for more. I'm very impressed and based on this experience I will definitely be back.
