Very unorganized. There’s about 50% you won’t get your results back. I got tested with my fiancé on Monday, neither of us received results. I tried calling but the phone line goes straight to voicemail, which has been full for a week now. We decided to just come back and get retested that same Thursday and while I received my results, my fiancé still haven’t received results from either visit. UPDATE: Finally received results after emailing Abdull! While I’m still frustrated I’m going to update my review because the response to me email was within 48 hours.

I’ve taken my 3 year old 4 times to take a PCR test and let me tell you that my son has absolutely no problem being tested. All four times school has sent him home because of symptoms and thanks to God he has tested negative. The staff has been tremendously wonderful!

Amazing service! I was in desperate need of a covid test, went to American Specialty Laboratory last Wednesday 12/29 around noon and I received my results via email in about 12 hours. The nurse who assisted me was extremely nice and gentle. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a rapid testing center in the San Fernando Valley.

Four of us went to the lab on Thursday the staff was friendly, helpful and fast. We were all nervous about the Covid test but our fears vanished with the gentleness the staff used while swabbing. We received our results via email in less than 24 hours.
