I'm a big consumer of potbellys, I had sandwiches from different locations. I haven't being on this one from lake and state. Nothing wrong with my sandwich, it was the service. I do not know if you guy's are short on staff or you need to retrain your employees, there was a line of people behind me waiting along with me for sandwiches. My sandwich was already out of the conveyor oven. And the person who was supposed to prep my sandwich step to the side to be om her cell phone, she didn't even bother on saying anything, was talking to another person was stocking bread, and after 10 minutes someone else stepped in to fish the order and give me my sandwich.

Didn't seem very organized as we ordered before a rush came in, we paid & then waited 10-15 minutes for shakes and salad, sandwich was only item done efficiently. Also, they didn't have all the ingredients for the salad, didn't ask about a substitute item or rebate/coupon. And seemed like no big deal that we had to wait so long for our meal. Very poor customer service.

It's good! If you haven't been here. Check it out! I had been to a different location and had a medium size sandwich. This time I went for a large, because the medium wasn't filling enough for me. I had the steak sandwich. It's kind of like a roast beef sandwich the way they slice the meat. Sandwich chips and a soda, 20 bucks.

This is not my first time in this place, but this was actually a really bad experience. 3 people working in this shift, nobody says hi, or welcome, they added the toppings that they wanted not what we asked for, never offer beverages at the time of payment, noticed too that as soon as there are no guests, staff sits down and chill, ( boyfriend visiting one of them to kissing and hugging in the guests area) definitely they need a supervisor because service is BAD! (Date of service March, 11th @ 6.00pm)
