I went to J.J's and ordered a sandwich. The worker rang it up and asked for credit card. She coughed into her hand and was going to make my sandwich. I said I changed mty mind and wanted my card credited. Nasty worker. O ly to find out sbe was the manager, so she said. Yuk never go there again!

The owner didn't update the hours. Got their at 7:58pm on 1/31/22 and the worker said they close at 8pm. Door and Google says 9pm.

Visiting Chicago and ordered Door Dash from Jimmy John's best the hotel because it said 20 minutes. After an hour, I attempted to cancel the order on Door Dash. However, Jimmy John's did their own delivery and the store had to be contacted. The person that answered the phone began to state that they were short staffed and my card works be credited without receiving any information from me. He hung up on me. I called back in an attempt to confirm that the order would be canceled and he said it was too busy to speak to me before he hung up again. Thankfully, I was able to cancel through customer service at Door Dash who stated that they had not begun the order. Just horrible!!!
