I asked for extra sauce on my gyro flat sandwich and she did not put extra sauce on it. It was extra dry because they burnt the Lil gyro meat up. I should've checked it before I left but I trusted that she did it, it took so long for them to make it, so I just left. Never again. I hate when I ask for my sandwich to be made a certain way and they do what they want to do.

If I order online 15 minutes before I arrive it should NOT take over 20 minutes to make my order. This is constantly the recurring theme with just this potbelly. Any other one I’ve gone too is fine but the lack of speed makes this a horrible place to pick up lunch during work. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied because I spend half of my lunch break there waiting for my food to be made when I had already ordered it online and go at the recommended time. How is it that a place like culvers has to actually cook there food is faster than a place that makes sandwhiches. Then the drive through is ridiculous. I’ve never seen a place that has to pull cars in front so they can finish orders and overall hold up the entire line. Management has to change or something cause this isn’t cutting it.

So yesterday witch was 10/4/2021 I went I order 2 sandwiches and two cups of broccoli and cheddar soup .. (one of the sandwiches was messed) I was gonna chop it up as a loss but I pay too much money so I called and spoke with the manager .. let me tell you something he definitely deserves 10 stars he was so amazing well spoken understandable he let me know he messed up my order “he said I was the one who did your order” we both started laughing he let me no he will replace it and he did .. it’s now 10/5/2021 I went threw the drive thru everyone who works in this place attitude is the bomb.. Toni came to the speaker he remembered my name and got me right together my food was made perfect I didn’t even want to eat it thank you Toni you have a amazing team . Thank you for great customer service and caring about your customers
