Absolutely horrible experience with them. Poor communications. I've been waiting months for two of my items that I received that have defects, One of which is clearly terrible quality control of their factory and the other which is a incredibly poor design for a bed that collapsed the first night I slept on it. Sofa took a month to fix problems with that. Items that I still have on order. I get constant misinformation one day. It's in the next day. It hasn't left Italy the next day it's on in the port waiting waiting to be unloaded the next day. It just got loaded onto the shipping container. I've asked more than a dozen times and visited twice for clear information and assistance and get nothing. I'm enormously disappointed in them and between the poor quality of the items I purchased totaling over $30,000 and the completely incompetent service I received I could never recommend. Manager refuses to call me back and the staff just says it's not my fault It's the company.

Fiance went in with her parents. Got full service treatment. Ended up buying a dining table and buffet table. Went in today to look for nightstands. Not a single sales person approached. One near the office on the LaBrea did mask up and gestured like I'm here to help so good on him but the rest of the unmasked staff offered no help. We had a budget of 2500 for a couple nightstands but they lost a sale due to nobody approaching to assist. Oh well, plenty of furniture stores around here

Good furniture selection and great prices. Didn't buy anything on my first trip, but waiting to bring my roommate to see the pieces. Owners are polite and willing to negotiate.
