It's definitely a nice storage facility, clean and overall secure. The hours of accessing your storage unit aren't great and the the front desk staff really aren't that helpful when I needed them.

So rude. We have a storage unit and I really needed to use the restroom. I started my period and the woman refused to let me use the bathroom. What the hell is wrong with people. My pants are ruined and you can't let someone go to the bathroom.

I have tried other storage companies and had the worst experiences. Stash has been different regardless of location. They are extremely helpful and it seems all of the staff have a solution based mindset. It may cost a little more to store your belongings with them but you get small business level service and you can't buy that. Thank you so much!
