This location is absolutely the worst customer service of any U-Haul I’ve ever dealt with. I am considering moving my storage unit anywhere else so that I do not have to interact with such entitled, rude, power thirsty, lazy, and dishonest people on a regular basis. The two females that typically work the day hours, one of which claims to be a management position, are the worst example of interacting appropriately that I have come across in a very long time. They both bully their customers and disrespect them but then threaten the customer with punitive actions when the customer has anything to say. I would advise anybody looking to rent a unit in this location to run in the other direction, unless you enjoy interacting with people who have clearly been bullied and pushed around themselves and are now in a position to where they feel like they get to take it out on the world.

Despite the negative reviews, I rented a truck from this location thinking, “I just need a truck, how bad could it be?” I was wrong. I was working directly with the owner (at least his name tag said so). I told him I was in a rush and could use some help with Uhaul’s horrible 24:7 truck checkout. It took over an hour to get my truck, the owner was rude and dismissive, the truck I was give didn’t have a key, after switching me to a different truck, my phone died leaving me unable to finish the checkout process. When I asked for help, the owner told me to “get a charger” and walked away. The cherry on top - when I pulled out of the lot, the low fuel light came on. They rented me a truck that had NO gas at all. Avoid this location at all costs. They couldn’t care less about serving customers.

Interacted with two kind and helpful employees. My truck was clean and ready on time. I was supplied with the dollies and packing blankets I had requested during my booking. I was having a bit of trouble with the uHaul mobile site, and the employee inside the building helped me politely and quickly. Thank you for your help!

I ordered a 20 ft truck for 4/13. When I arrived the counter woman who was completely rude and unwelcoming told me that if I took the 20 ft truck that I would need to get gas because it had less than a mile of gas in it. Not wanting to risk running out of gas and ruining my moving day, she rented me a 15 ft truck which made me have to take 2 trips from storage to my new apt. Overall the woman was the most unfriendly person I’ve encountered in a long time and I would never let any of my family/friends use this location. This location didn’t deliver on the reserved equipment and then they’re rude on top of it.

you would need to contact uhaul directly, rates very but as long as your car is compatable all you need is a driver's lisence.
